Traditional Animal Processing
- Animals are On Farm Harvested in familiar surroundings
- The animal carcass and organs are inspected by an MPI approved inspector
- No transport stress means great flavoured meat
- The animal carcass is chilled and delivered to one of our skilled butchers
- The carcass is then aged for around ten days
- You choose how you want the carcass processed when you place your order
- The butcher processes and packages your meat ready for you to collect
