Only $15 per kg on the bone plus butchery cost of approximately $3 per kg inc base qty of standard sausages.

Note: Prices are based on a whole animal carcass weight of 250kg’s to 300kg’s. The carcass weight varies depending on the animal selected for slaughter and is charged on a per kg price based on the actual weight.

A deposit is charged to secure orders with final payment for the carcass made to the farmer at the time of slaughter. Payment for the butchery is made directly to the butcher prior to collection of an order.
